Ingredients:
1 whole chicken ( aprox. 1 kilo)
6 pcs. eggs
1 big bulb red onion
1 big bulb white onion
6 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tbsp. ground pepper
6 tbsp. sugar
1 small ginger
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
How to cook?
Step 1: Boil the eggs for 10 minutes and remove the shell. (it must be hard boiled egg)
Step 2: Cut chicken into cubes, slice onions, garlic and ginger.
Step 3: Put all the ingredients in a pot except the white onion.
Step 4: Let it boil for about 10 minutes. (do not stir until it’s already boiling, mahihilaw yung suka)
Step 5: Add the white onions and simmer for another 10 minutes.
SERVE HOT! ENJOY!
